I was informed that the reason behind the $10,000,000 million equity being tanked is based on Hana Watkins and Chantay Carter's fraudulent deed transfers. This was when Hana Watkins crossed my name out on the deed to my mansion at 67 Beverly Hills Ct., Beverly Hills, California. Hana Watkins then proceeded to demand that my son, King Nicholas Fayoum, who is a child at this moment, was forced to sign Nicholas Keith's name without any financial investment of any kind and without asking me, the owner, nor did Hana Watkins ask the authorized representatives! Hana then proceeed to invite her family, friends, and colleagues to my real estate properties. Hana Watkins walked Scott free and did not have to pay damages while continuing to look forward to Presidential favors and honors. This could impact the entire Beverly Hills, California area! Yet, they both walk away from this crime and are still honored by the United States of America government.
