My AIDS test from Johns Hopkins Medical Clinic was subpoenaed by someone in the government. Someone is illiterate and has no medical training of any kind, yet announces the wrong results. My AIDS test from the year 2015 at Johns Hopkins was negative. Non-reactive means negative, it does not mean positive. Sue the government for looking it up and then not reading it correctly.
