A Thief Cloned My Debit Card

This is not the first time that I have experienced debit card cloning. Someone else has a debit card or account with the same debit card number as me. When I scanned my debit card at Uber Eats, a different expiration date appeared on my cell phone. The debit card number also appeared more than once. DoorDash regards my debit card as having insufficient funds. There is money on the debit card.
